Which is the way, you hope, your public leaders, make and determine, their decisions, plans, and actions - based on someone's gut feelings/ opinions/ beliefs, or in a scientific matter, based on the DATA? Does it make any sense, to make predictions, based on feelings, etc, or, on the trends, indicated, by this data?
